After much analyzing, surfing, and interviewing bloggers, I've finally decided to create a Christian blog. This blog is dedicated to God because He has really played an important role in my life. He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins. Without Him, my life would be meaningless and if not for Jesus, I am still a corrupted and faithless person. I named my blog as Thanksgiving and Praise because I want to thank God and share with you how God has laid His miraculous hands on me, my family, and the people surrounding me. He is the God of the past, the God of the present, and He is the God of the future. He is the one true God who created you and me. Everything that we had done is in His control and going according to His will. In my coming posts, I hope that you can taste the biggest joy and eternal hope that God has given to you and me through faith and repentance of sins in Jesus Christ. "For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins" - Colossians 1:13-14 (NIV)
To end this post, I would like to quote these wonderful verses from the book of Psalm.
"Sing to the Lord a new song;
sing to the Lord, all the earth.
Sing to the Lord, praise his name;
proclaim his salvation day by day.
Declare his glory among nations,
his marvelous deeds among all peoples.
For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;
he is to be feared above all gods.
For all the gods of the nations are idols,
but the Lord made the heavens,
Splendor and majesty are before him;
strength and glory are in his sanctuary." - Psalm 96:1-6 (NIV)
